Can I pay with Credit Card?
All major credit cards accepted. Paypal too. Credit Card payment is secured by PayPal but you dont need a PayPal account to make your payment.

Are you going to sell my information?
Personal data is not used for anything other than facilitating purchases from the webstore.

Where’s my order?
Clothing, Posters & Accessories are made to order. It takes a few days to create these products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. We do not guarantee shipping times. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit, but if you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at shop@echofinch.com. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties in their country.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
You can cancel or change any order before the status of the order is fulfilled. Just send us an email at shop@echofinch.com. Once the order is being fulfilled, no changes can be made.

What if my product is misprinted, damaged or defective?
Clothing, Posters & Accessories are not manufactured and shipped by us. We are not responsible for any misprinted/damaged/defective products. If you somehow receive a product that is misprinted/damaged/defective send us an email at shop@echofinch.com. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
